Plot:
Sam Alexander is living a normal life in the small town
of Carefree, Arizona with his mom, his younger sister, and his alcoholic
father. His dad loves telling him and
his sister stories about his time as a Nova, but Sam doesn’t believe in them.
Our Hero:
I’m not sure how to feel about you.
Our Villain:
Probably exists, but not seen here.
Our Side Characters:
Hmm… I always thought the cutest girl in school is the
one without facial piercing. Well, what
do I know?
Action:

It exists.

So wait, the principal is just going to ignore the other
kid throwing a punch?

Man, now that’s one heck of a wakeup call.
What We Should Take from This Comic:
All of those silly and outrageous stories Sam’s dad told
him? All true and Sam is about to learn
that with a surprise visit from two Guardians of the Galaxy.

Considering what world and universe Sam lives in, why is
he so skeptical about all of this?
